Professional blog content: is it worth it?

Plenty of people have a blog they use to bring in new business and clients. Some people write their own blog content, but many others seek out the services of a professional blogger to create the content on their behalf.

There are many good reasons for doing this. The blog owner may not have the time, skills or the inclination to write their own blog posts. It looks bad for your business to produce a half hearted blog with few or no blog posts, or posts that just aren’t good enough to serve the purpose you have for them.

Many people think of hiring a blogger as an expense. But really it’s an investment – and it’s a wise one at that. And if the blogger is a real professional they’ll allow you to buy just one blog post to see whether their service will work for you too. I do this so I can see whether I’m a good fit for the job, and so the client can see whether my writing style is right for them. It makes good sense for everyone.
